Hello!! Today my post language sounds informal and I believe you guys don’t mind at all. So let’s get started!!
Today while I was meditating Matthew chapter 1. We see the genealogy of Jesus in this chapter and in this we see how God uses five women( Tamar, Rahab, Ruth, Bathsheba and Mary) but today my focus went not on them but the children they gave birth to. We know how Tamar’s son Perez born , may be he suffered alot from his childhood and may be many have insulted him about the way he born, his childhood may not be that beautiful but God turned everything beautiful and God gave the privilege to him and that’s how he is in the genealogy of Jesus. That could be similar with Solmon , he already had many step brothers, he would have never thought that he would be the King, may be his step brothers and sisters never accepted him and not included as their brother , despite of all this God chose him and gave the powerful kingdom and allowed him to built temple of God. So never decide your life based on what you are going through because our God can change the things and can give the privilege to do greatest things that you could never imagine 💞.
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Love!! Just a four letters word and even most commonly used word. We use it but sometimes we don’t do it. Love is not an emotion its a choice. Love is not based on what they are but it based on who you are and what you choose. Love over hatred must be our choice. Love your neighbour the way you love yourself. And it doesn’t happen in one go , it’s a practice you need to do everyday. Please love one another and forgive one another in love that God gave us. It even could be a friend who betrayed you but choose to love . Love in simple term means respecting the person the way they are , forgetting there mistakes even if they have done it intentionally and helping them when they are in need of you, not only the physical help but even in words. Choose to love trust me , this one descision gonna change your day ❤️✌️.
Hi peeps, its been so long since I wrote something here. There are certain reasons for this. But finally by the grace and love of Christ, I’m back again. I hope and believe that I will continue this journey with you all without any halt.
It’s human nature to expect good things to happen. We, the Christians regard good things as blessings. And we know blessings come from Christ.
But why don’t we see blessings throughout the life I mean 24×7?
Isn’t he with us or he desn’t wants to bless us?
We all come across these kind of questions when we see troubles around us. Today, I will be sharing my thoughts on how to receive the blessings of God. And it might seem like little controversial. But please bare with me till the end
Today as I was reading Acts chapter 3, I found something interesting in the last verse. It goes on like this,
When God raised up his servant, Jesus, he sent him first to you people of Israel, to bless you by turning each of you back from your sinful ways.” Acts of the Apostles 3:26 NLT
This verse clearly says that Jesus came to bless us and he has full authority to bless us. He came to this world to make us turn away from the wicked ways and when we turn from the sinful ways of life, we can experience the blessings of God in our lives. His Blessings are conditional!! Persecution and blessings are very different subject, so don’t assume now that if you are persecuted then the blessing of God is not with you. Joseph’s life was full of persecution but God’s blessings were showered in his life because he was obedient to God.
And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God. Deuteronomy 28:2 ESV
So please check in your life whether it could be little anger , fear , jealousy, envy and so on, which is stopping you from receiving your blessings planned by God in your life. Even fear is also a sin , now I’m not talking about Godly fear but the worldly fear. Because if you have worldly fear it’s the sign that the faith in God isn’t in you. Even doubting God is also a sin. Doubts come when there is lack of trust. So yeah, please check , repent and obey to his word, then you will be experiencing the blessings of God in your life.
Big hi to my lovely people. Miss you all. Sorry people for taking this long break for writing a new blog. Hope you all are doing great. Today I’m going to share a revelation which was given by Jesus recently to me.
In Adam and Eve story they had the two choices. One is to listen God command and not to eat the fruit. Second one was the choice to eat it (satan encouraged them to do so). Unfortunately, they chose to eat and fallen into ultimate sin.
In same way satan always wants us to fall into his trap and it is very easy to fall into his trap. Satan is like a roaring lion , his main motto is to destroy us. He always tries to attract us with worldly pleasures which are temporary in nature.
Whereas God always wants to protect us from the trap of satan by warning us and commanding us. But God will never force us to do things according to his will. He has given us free will to choose things. It is our own choice what to choose. The love of Jesus or the lies of Satan.
Be wise and choose God. The God will bless you abundantly and give peace in your life.
Hello people! Love to see you all again. Topic name itself is very relevant to us. So let’s start without wasting time.
Generally we all have many doubts, questions about many things. I feel doubts as a multi- dimensional concept LoL! The root for doubt is being uncertain about happening or non-happening of things. We doubt about our career, success and about many other things since we cannot predict them.
So it is clear that doubt raises when we have no clear idea or assurance about something. We all are aware about Abraham and sarah story from the bible. Sarah was the wife of Abraham. She was childless until she was 90 years old. At that position she must be clear that, she will not bear a child, as she already grew old.
Genesis 17:16 |ESV I will bless her, and moreover, I will give you a son by her. I will bless her, and she shall become nations; kings of peoples shall come from her.”
She and her husband Abraham received a promise from God that she will bear a child. God not only promised that he will give her a son but also blessed there upcoming generations. At first Sarah doubted and Abraham had full faith, later even Sarah without any second thought received that word from God and bore a child at the age of 90 and Abraham was 100 years old.
James 1: 6|ESV But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.
According to science it’s impossible, but according to God it’s possible since he is the creator and he can do everything which seems impossible. But we have to do something from our side to see the impossible things happening , that is not to have a doubt in him and in his works . Ultimately, we are his creation , we are created by his hands, so we must not even doubt about our capabilities.
Jermaiah 29:11| ESV For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord , plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
He always store best for us. His thoughts on us are always extraordinary. So never doubt on the promises of God 😇.
Hello people! Hope you all are doing well. Today I came with another new topic. Let’s start 😃.
Relationship is a state of being connected with people. There is both good and bad relationships. The good is when we have a proper connection with the opposite person and bad is when there is no proper connection. To build a relation with a person first there should be mutual interest.
It is often happens to us, we don’t really feel connected with every person that we meet . Even I fail to maintain proper relationship with people but today I’m not speaking about worldly relationship instead about a true relationship that we can maintain with Jesus.
Yes, it is important for us to maintain intimacy with God. He is the only one who is available 24/7 and never get bored with us. He is interested in you, he wants to build a relationship with you. This can only happen when you accept his invitation. You can build a great relation with Jesus when you really love his presence. His presence is not always based on what you feel but by faith you must believe that he is with you.
Jesus will teach you everything and he will be with you even when the world stands against you.Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you, he won’t invalidate, mistreat, disregard, or misuse you. Jesus wants to be your Friend. Jesus is not concerned about your past or present inadequacies, He wants to lovingly transform every area and aspect of your life.
Revelation 3:20 |ESV Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.
Jesus has been interested in you before you were ever interested in Him. You caught his eye long ago, and He died on the Cross for your sins because of his great love for you. Jesus is knocking at your door. He will be with you even at your toughest situation and helps in your every decision that you make . Invite him in because when you accept His invitation of interest it will change the trajectory of your life, it’s the best decision you’ll ever make.
It’s been days since I wrote something here.Today,it’s time to share something important and interesting from the Scriptures.
If you are a Christian, I believe that you have already heard the story of David and Goliath. If you know it, then this blog will help you but even if you don’t,it’s okay! I’ll share the story in brief so that you can understand this blog better and even you can check in the youtube about the story of David and Goliath, you will find some amazing videos related to it.
This has happened centuries ago. A group of people from an island of Crede had settled onto the coast of Palestine and desired to expand their territory, they planned to capture the kingdom of King Saul. Palestinians sent their greatest warrior Goliath into the valley to capture King Saul’s kingdom.
Goliath would come down twice a day and shout over to the Israelites,“Choose a man and have him come down and fight me. If I beat him you all become our servants but if he beats me, we’ll become your servants.”
It was a do or die situation for the Israelites and no one was ready to fight with Goliath since he was giant in structure,he was very strong and had the capacity to destroy the Israelite army with single hand.
David was a small Shepherd boy from Bethlehem. David was brave and bold. He had enough courage to fight against Goliath. But he was still a teenager. He went to king Saul and asked the permission to fight against Goliath in the battle field.
1 Samuel 17:33 |ESV Saul said to David, “You are not able to go against this Philistine to fight with him, for you are but a youth, and he has been a man of war from his youth.”
In the beginning,Saul denied David’s plea. For instance,if we are in the position of a headmaster in a school and we want to appoint a teacher to teach Science, for sure we will appoint someone who has the knowledge and some prior experience in teaching field. But,we never appoint a kid to teach. Just imagine,if we were in King Saul’s position,we might have never given the permission to David to fight against Goliath because we prejudice based on the physical appearance.
Giving charge to a person like David, who was a small shepherd is a brave decision taken by Saul. Saul might have suffered a great deal of criticism by his people for taking such a decision but in the end, Israelites got the victory (David killed the giant with the help of God and not by weapons).
In this blog,I’m neither emphasizing about the character of David nor of Goliath but I’m seeing the whole story in a different angle i.e, from King Saul’s perspective. What if King Saul didn’t give the permission to David to fight against Goliath? The whole story would have been the opposite, right!
God gave David as a gift and as a blessing to Saul,David was a kid but Saul believed in him since he was given by God.
Blessings can be in any form , sometimes blessings comes to our lives in human form like David.Even in our lives, we think that whatever we have is of no use sometimes, but it might be given by God. Sometimes our talent and whatever we possess seems like no use,but don’t get discouraged.
Psalm 90:17| ESV
Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!
You might be an average student, you might not be financially sound and you might be having very less opportunities around, you might have very few talents or with no talent,It’s okay! Whatever you have, no matter whether it’s small or big, use it for God. The way God blessed King Saul through little David, the same God will bless you with little things. Blessings might look so small in the beginning but they can break the big giants in our lives and help us to win the battles.
Hi people! I know today is a special day for Christians .This blog is not about proving that Jesus has risen from death since history says that around 33AD Jesus died and rose after 3 days. This blog is all about why did he die and where is he now?
Who is Jesus?
Before starting who Jesus is,let me share something important. According to the old testament,God gave some laws to the people during the time of Moses. The laws were very hard to follow. The Law can be thought of as a measuring stick and sin is anything that falls short of that standard. We all have committed sins, the result of this is our separation from God. I guess I need not define what literally the sin is. But for a clarity I can say that sin is nothing but doing something which is not good. Even using a single bad word against your sibling is a sin according to Bible. Because God dislikes bad since he is God of Good.
Romans 6:23| ESV For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The Gospel (good news) says that Jesus’ death on the cross was perfect sacrifice to cleanse us from our sin. Jesus alone was the righteous man to do this. I used the word man in the before sentence. It is true that Jesus came to this world as a human being. But his birth was not similar to ours because he is not a human being. Don’t think that I’m contradicting myself. Let me explain you people properly, Jesus is himself a God but he was unable to bear our separation from him because of our sins that we carry. That’s why he came to this world as a human being to show us a proper direction and to sacrifice himself to remove the sin in us and to call us righteous.
1 Corinthians 15:21: “For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.”
Literally it is very easy for God to die on the cross, that’s why Jesus came to this world as human being to bear the pain as human but not as God. For example a person has taken a loan,He could not repay it and ended his life , now the burden to pay the loan lies on his son. Similarly,Jesus came as son of man and took the burden of sin. Our conclusion for the question is Jesus is 100% man and 100% God.
Can death hold Jesus?
Luke 24:7 |NIV The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ”
Answer is no. Death cannot defeat him and Jesus won against the death. We have evidence from the world history that he has risen from the death. Many people tried to disprove it but failed. He is not an ordinary human being to die but he died just for us.
Where is he?
Okay! He is risen from death but where is he? Like there are many people in this world who died and rose but finally they died again. But Jesus was not a human to end his life in same way. Let usrecall,he lived in this world as a human but his birth was unique and his end as a human , now I’m stressing it,end as a human. Being a human we have to end our life in this world. Same way Jesus ended his human life but not through death. It is necessary for him to leave this world as a human being
Luke 24:51 |NIV While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven.
Then where is he? Answer is, in flesh he is not there in this world . He was lifted up into heaven, but in spirit he is in this world. In spirit,he is ready to help us to win against the sin. In spirit he wants us to grow in him. He wants to live in us in spirit. In spirit,he wants us to be with him. Now,Choice is yours.Do you want him? Do you want the eternal life in heaven or hell? Because the result of sin is hell. Choice is yours. Jesus is coming to this world very soon as God to take us to eternity. Where do you want to go? Choice is yours. You can have this doubt why I’m writing all this stuff. It’s not because I want to harm you or your beliefs but I want to share the truth . Before I was just a daughter of a Christian but Christ was not in me. But Jesus’ love is unconditional and he took me and old Glory is no more. I’m growing in Jesus.
Hope you all are doing well. Today I came with a new topic Desire Him. Let’s start 😃.
When “wish” to have something/someone becomes stronger it turns into “desire”. Desire is so powerful that it makes the person determined in achieving. So people do you have Desire on something/someone?
Job 13:4|NIV But I desire to speak to the Almighty and to argue my case with God.
Job was passing through tough situations. He don’t know when he will end his life, he lost everything in his life that once he owned, his children, wife and everything. His friends came to condemn him. But his answer was “I desire to speak to my almighty and to argue my case with him.” Tears roll whenever I listen about the story of Job ,not because of his tough times instead his desire on God to speak even in the worst days of his life.
May be we are not like Job. But today God wants us to be Job i.e, even in tough times we should have the same desire to speak with God and share our problems with him. He is true God and will listen whatever we ask because things are in his control🙏.
Dear people! I’m Blessed to write blogs to reach you people. I’m learning new things each new day and I hope that you people are also learning something new. Do share with me if these writings are really blessing you . I will be waiting, because it is worthy to wait. Let’s start today’s topic “Worth waiting”. Trust me you will see the word “worthy to wait” many times in this writing.
What is worthy to wait?
We wait for many things in our lives to happen. We wait for something or the other to happen, the baby in mother’s womb waits for nine months to join the world , students wait for their campus selections and now the whole world is waiting for Corona to end. But the question arises when we start thinking whether it is worthy to wait or not?
Waiting sometimes gives us happy ending and sometimes not. That’s why it is important to know whether it is worthy to wait or it is just waste of time. I’m truly waiting for many things to happen in my life. I wait upon Jesus to answer me whether it is worthy to wait and ask him to help me.
Waiting is trusting
Yes, waiting is trusting on something/someone.Waiting is the season of trusting. So, here I trust on my God that he will grant me whatever I’m asking for.
Psalms 130:5|NIV I wait for the Lord , my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope.
Psalmist wonderfully wrote that he was waiting for the lord. So, don’t try to gloss over the difficulties of your situation instead recognise your dependence on God for help.
Trust on God’s timing. I encourage you people to trust and wait for God to answer because his timing is so perfect.
